Garen Graves
A few fun facts about Garen:
Grew up in Henrietta, Texas, spent years in DFW after graduating from UNT, and eventually followed Liz to Hamilton County. Most days he’s glad he did.
Works in the masonry and building materials industry, helping people build everything from homes to schools to stadiums.
Photographer with a passion for capturing the people, landscapes, and small-town character of Hamilton County.
Has his own miniature reptile zoo in his office with 3 snakes and 5 lizards in custom-built terrariums. Yes really.
He loves to get dressed up in jeans, boots, and a jacket, topped off with a nice Stetson.
Favorite dessert: His mom’s homemade chocolate pudding. (Liz thought he was crazy until she tried it. Now it’s in her top 10, too)
Favorite Hamilton County spot: Hico Hall.
